Hello, Sunflower,

After laser hair removal skin is left smooth and silky.

Short-term side-effects has slight blush of skin, but it's normal. Usually, it disappears after an hour.

Right after the treatment your skin may be red and puffy.  This normally only lasts 30 minutes to a few hours.  I didn't have any redness after my first two treatments, but I've seen women leaving the clinic with red puffy skin.  You can apply make-up right after so going to work isn't a problem.  I have pictures of my skin right after the treatment, but as I said it's not red.  My next treatment is on Thursday, I plan on post the pictures this weekend so check back to see if I have redness or swelling after the laser intensity is increased.
