As I know chemical peel is used for facial procedures - wrinkles and skin pigmentation. Also there are some types of chemical peels : Alphahydroxy acids, Trichloroacetic acid and Phenol.

That's all what I know..  Tongue

You can use Alphahydroxy acids peel if you want to:

  • remove wrinkles, acnes, pigmentation or skin dryness

Trichloroacetic acid:

  • Smooths out fine wrinkles, removes blemishes and corrects pigments problems

Phenol:

  • Smooths out coarse wrinkles, corrects blotches and removes pre-cancer growths

Hi Peely,

Phenol peel is the strongest chemical peel and can be used on the face only.
It can remove mild and deeper scars as well as wrinkles, blotches caused by sun exposure and etc.
