Before making a decision to remove unwanted hair by laser, you have to be sure that you know enough about all the advantages and disadvantages of this procedure.


Advantages:

  • High level of effectiveness;
  • Skin will not be inflicted It’s almost painful;
  • This procedure is fast - it takes from several minutes to several hours (time depends on area of body involved);
  • It fits to all sensitive zones (face, bikini, and breast);
  • You can see a result immediately.

 

Disadvantages:

  • At least 4-6 treatments will be needed;
  • The effectiveness depends on skin’s color It’s still impossible to avoid the risk of skin burn;
  • It’s quite expensive.

 

Contra-Evidence:

Laser hair removal is not suitable, if you have:

  • Skin diseases;
  • Diabetes;
  • Ontological skin diseases;
  • Cardiovascular system diseases;
  • Infection diseases;
  • Pregnancy;
  • Very dark or newly sunburn;
  • Your age is under 17.

If you already had removed unwanted hair by laser, follow these recommendations:

  • It’s not recommended to have sunbathes (natural and artificial) during the first 3 days after procedure;
  • Before going for a walk, use a UV-filtered (not less than 30) sun-cream;
  • During the first 3 days don’t go to sauna and swimming pool.

i want to remove my unwantet hair. it has grown on my neck. before that i want to now if laser may cause skin cancer or something like that ?

i had six session of laser hair removal treatment on my neck. It has not disapeared yet and i had to start doing waxing again. I had a hormonal imbalance. I am actualy following a hormonal treatment for six months. What treatment do you advise me to remove the hairs permanently?

Laser hair removal may be the best for you. But firstly, cure your hormonal disbalance.

well... im still 17 now but i like to remove all my hair skin after around 3 years but im worried if the laser hair removal has some disadvantages that can destroy our skin and causes bad diseases ?! i would like to know also if i did the laser hair removal will the hair appear again or nO ?!

i suffer from dry skin, sometimes mild ezema. is it still safe to use laser treatment?

hey guys, u should not take risk of doing it. Why wud u want to play with hormons, which is natural... 
there are possibility of damaging ur healthy cells... :sigh sooo u dont want to take tht risk..otherwise its all up to u ...i dont think so ur hair will stay away permenantly...

hi, im of a dark complexion and i would like to remove my unwanted hair by laser, but im also very scared of the unknown permanent side effects. I have heard that having a dark skin can increase the risk of complications. please advice me as i would want to undertake this surgery though am concerned with the complications that can arise. cheers
